We are a volunteer run organization that provides all classes and resources for free so that our program is accessible to all students, including economically disadvantaged. However, there are many costs associated with running the program. We ask for donations to cover costs such as registration for contests, acquiring practice material, prizes for internal competitions, website costs, Zoom subscription, outreach, advertising etc.
Another way you can help out is by volunteering to help teach or coordinate classes—if you are a student or parent who has experience with Python, ACSL/computer science theory topics listed here (Junior division), or competitive programming, feel free to reach out.
Donations are securely processed via Stripe. All donations and finances are managed by Lumen Path Foundation, IRS approved 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit organization registered in California. Please Email us any questions about donations at info@pycodeacademy.org or info@lumenpath.org
